This specimen was lot 2262 in Sincona sale 59 (Zurich, October 2019), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,
"OSMANISCHES REICH, 1 Altin (tek Altin) 1143 H., Islâmbûl. Mzz. mîm in Kartusche. Tughra zwischen Blüten, Mzst. und Jahr. Gerändelt. Sehr schön. (Turkey, altin of the year AH 1143, Istanbul mint, mintmark in cartouche. Toughra between blooms, mintmark and date. Very fine.)"
This seems to be a one year type.
