This specimen was lot 75702 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2024), where it sold for $168. The catalog description[1] noted, "SWEDEN. 2 Kronor, 1961-TS. Stockholm Mint. PCGS Prooflike-66. Instantly appealing and pleasing, this Gem example delivers prooflike commendability with rich reflective luster." This type was issued 1952-66 and is common in all grades. It superseded a similar coin struck for Gustav V (KM 815).
