This specimen was lot 853 in Jean Elsen sale 124 (Brussels, March 2015), where it sold for €145 (about US$181 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BELGIQUE, Royaume, Léopold II (1865-1909), AR 1 franc, 1866, Superbe/Fleur de Coin. (kingdom of Belgium, Leopold II (1865-1909), silver one franc of 1866. extremely fine to uncirculated.)
This type was struck 1866-69 and 1881-86 at the Brussels mint. It is extremely common in low grade but hard to find nice. The specification matches the French one franc of Napoleon III.
