This specimen was issued by Seychelles as part of the F.A.O. series. It was accompanied by an aluminum five cents (KM 31) featuring a red snapper. Seychelles, an island group in the Indian Ocean, is better known for its export of cinnamon, copra and vanilla. This type features a green turtle, formerly very common in the Indian Ocean.
