This specimen was issued by Comoros as part of the F.A.O. series. Seychelles, an island group in the Indian Ocean, is better known for its export of cinnamon, copra and vanilla.

Recorded mintage: 1,500,000.

Specification: 10 g, copper-nickel, 28.5 mm diameter, struck at the Paris mint.
