This specimen was issued by Seychelles as part of the F.A.O. series. It was accompanied by a nickel-brass 10 cents (KM 32) featuring a sailfish. Seychelles, an island group in the Indian Ocean, is better known for its export of cinnamon, copra and vanilla. This type features a red snapper.
