This specimen was lot 1175 in Sincona sale 85 (Zurich, October 2023), where it sold for 800 CHF (about US$1,077 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"IRAN, Muhammad Ali Shah, 1324-1327 AH (1907-1909). 250 Dinars 1326 AH (1908/1909 AD), Tehran Mint. Lion & Sun type. Very rare in this condition. NGC MS65. Cabinet piece. From the Kian collection, auction SINCONA 49, October 2018, lot 188. Bought from Stephen Album, Santa Rosa, 1994."

This type, listed in the SCWC as a quarter kran, was struck AH 1325-1327.
