This specimen was lot 823 in Jean Elsen list 269 (Brussels, July-August 2014), where it was offered for €350 (about US$476). The catalog description[1] noted,
"ALLEMAGNE, SAXE, Johann (1854-1873), AR Vereinstaler, 1861 B, Superbe à Fleur de Coin (kingdom of Saxony, John (1854-73), silver union thaler of 1861, extremely fine to uncirculated.)"
