This specimen was lot 11396 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for €125 (about US$130). The catalog description[1] noted, "SWEDEN. 10 Öre, 1753 - HM. Stockholm Mint. Adolf Fredrik. NGC EF-40. From the L. E. Bruun Collection." This type was struck 1751-56 and 1760-65 in modest numbers and is common in worn condition but choice specimens are scarce. This example realized about one-third of the catalog value.

Recorded mintage: 156,855.

Specifications: 7.02 g, 0.444 fine silver, this specimen 6.79 g.
