This specimen was lot 11395 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for €125 (about US$130). The catalog description[1] noted, "SWEDEN. 5 Öre, 1752 - HM. Stockholm Mint. Adolf Fredrik. NGC Unc Details--Cleaned. From the L. E. Bruun Collection. Ex: Ove Theodor Thomsen Collection ( Copenhagen-1880) Lot # 4860." This type was struck 1751-67 in modest numbers and is common in worn condition but choice specimens are scarce.

Recorded mintage: 108,000.
