This specimen was lot 1714 in Sincona sale 63 (Zürich, June 2020), where it sold for 9,000 CHF (about US$11,277 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RUMÄNIEN, Ferdinand I. 1914-1927. 50 Lei 1922, Paris. Auf seine Krönung zum Ersten König von Rumänien. NGC MS62+. (kingdom of Romania, Ferdinand I, 1914-27, fifty lei of 1922, Paris mint, on his coronation as the first king of Romania.)"
This type is not listed in the regular SCWC. It was likely a presentation piece. It is difficult to imagine gold coins circulating in post-World War One Romania.

Specification: 16.13 g, 0.900 fine gold, 35 mm diameter.
