The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSIA | Russian Empire and Federation | Nicholas II. 1894-1917, 10 Kopecks 1909, St. Petersburg Mint, SPB EB. Bitkin 135. PCGS MS65." This type is listed for 1867-1914. Most dates are common with, of course, the exception of the proofs.
