Czech Rep 1998 20 koruna rev DSLR.jpg

This twenty korun is one of a type issued more or less continuously since 1993, about the time the Czechs obtained their divorce from the Slovaks. The SCWC notes that many of the dates were issued in small numbers, presumably for collector sets. The last date listed therein is 2013. This specimen was pulled from circulation. As of August 2023, US$1 = 22.09 korun, making this coin worth about US$0.91.

Recorded mintage: 15,725,000 struck at Jablonec.

Specification: 8.43 g, brass Plated Steel, 26 mm diameter.

Catalog reference: KM 5.
