Uganda 1987 2 shillings rev DSLR.jpg

This type was struck in 1987 only but is not rare. It is reduced in size from the prior type (KM 6). Political instability and inflation in Uganda has reduced coinage to the occasional emission of NCLT's.

Recorded mintage: unknown.

Specification: 8.1 g, copper plated steel, 24.37 mm diameter, plain edge.

Catalog reference: KM-28.
