This specimen was lot 1136 in Stephen Album sale 32 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2018), where it sold for $176.25. The catalog description[1] noted, "BRANDENBURG-ANSBACH: Johann Friedrich, 1667-1686, AR 1/6 thaler, 1678, PCGS graded MS63, ex Don Erickson Collection." This 1/6 thaler equalled one quarter gulden and was struck 1676-79.
