This specimen was part of lot 22311 in Heritage sale 3010 (Boston, August 2010), which for $603.75. The catalog description[1] noted, "Edward VII Three Coin Incomplete Specimen Set 1908, Cent, 5 Cents & 10 Cents. KM 8, KM 10, KM 13. Beautifully toned but with some spotting. Comes with the original case of issue." This type was struck 1902-10. This date is fairly common.

Recorded mintage: 1,220,524.

Specification: 1.162 g, 0.925 fine silver, designed by G. W. DeSalles.
