This specimen was lot 225 in Sincona sale 84 (Zurich, October 2023), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,
"RUSSIA Russian Empire and Federation, Rouble 1813, St. Petersburg Mint, SPB PS. Very fine-extremely fine."
This type was struck 1810-26 and is fairly common altho the increased demand for Russian coins, particularly the rubles, has greatly raised the price.
Recorded mintage: 5,210,000 including 1813/2.
Specification: 20.73 g, 0.868 fine silver, this specimen 20.51 g.
