This specimen was lot 1130 in Sincona sale 85 (Zürich, October 2023), where it sold for 5,000 CHF (about US$6,733 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"IRAN, Muzaffar al-Din Shah, 1313-1324 AH (1896-1907). 100 Dinars 1318 AH (1900 AD), Tehran Mint. Struck in silver. Of the highest rarity in silver, probably the only known specimen. NGC MS63. Magnificent condition. From the Kian collection, auction SINCONA 49, October 2018, lot 153. Finest certified by NGC."
This may actually be an off-metal strike of KM 962 or mint sport.
