This specimen was lot 3033 in Stephen Album sale 38 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2020), where it sold for $416.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "IRAQ: Republic, 250 fils, AH1399/1979, International Year of the Child, NGC graded PF66 CAM." This NCLT was accompanied by a silver one dinar (KM 145), a gold fifty dinars (KM 166) and a gold hundred dinars (KM 167).

Recorded mintage: 10,000 proofs.

Specification: nickel, 33 mm diameter.
