This coin was struck at the Heaton mint for Canada during the reign of Queen Victoria (r. 1837-1901). The type was struck in 1858 and 1870-1901. This date is slightly scarce, being priced about double the common date (1899 or 1900).

Specification: 2.32 g, 0.925 fine silver, .069 troy oz ASW, reeded edge, 18.0 mm diameter.
