This specimen was lot 1290 in Sincona sale 22 (Zürich, May 2015), where it sold for 750 CHF (about US$942 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Braunschweig-Grubenhagen, Herzogtum, Philipp II. 1595-1596 Taler 1595. Osterode. Sehr schön. (Germany, duchy of Brunswick-Grubenhagen, Philip II (1567-96), thaler of 1595, very fine.)"
