The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, "[[Austria|AUSTRIA]]: Franz Josef I, 1848-1916, AE 2 heller, 1914, a lovely mostly red example! NGC graded MS65 RB." This type was 1892-1915 as part of the reform which decimalized Austrian coinage, then converted to iron for 1916-18.
