This specimen was lot 20182 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Philadelphia, August 2018), where it sold for $2,280. The catalog description[1] noted, "AUSTRIA. 4 Ducats, 1914. NGC MS-62. Sharp strike with prooflike fields and full rich detail on the devices." This type was struck 1872-1915 in substantial numbers but the 1915 restrike is most commonly seen.
