The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, "SWITZERLAND | Zurich | Stadt und Kanton, Vierteldukat 1745, Zürich. Rare. Very fine-extremely fine." This scarce type was struck 1718-67 along with double ([[Zurich 1743 2 ducats Fr-485a|Fr-485a]]), half ([[Zurich 1743 1/2 ducat Fr-487a|Fr-487a]]) and single ducats ([[Zurich 1745 ducat Fr-486a|Fr-486a]]).
