This specimen was lot 20969 in Heritage sale 3021 (New York, January 2013), where it sold for $2,056.25. The catalog description^[1] noted, "Victoria Sixpence 1860, Young Head, MS65+ PCGS, boldly struck from clashed dies, light silvery gold iridescent toning. A better date despite having a SCBC value similar to that of various other dates. From The Kairos Collection." This type was struck 1838-66 in large quantities with a slightly modified obverse continuing until 1887. No sixpences were struck in 1861.

Recorded mintage: 1,101,000.

Specification: 2.82 g (not 3.01 g as reported in the SCWC), 0.925 fine silver, 19.3 mm diameter.
