This type was minted 1992 only at St. Petersburg and Moscow for the Russian Federation. The superseding type of 1993 (Y338) was not bimetallic. The coinage reform of 1998 (1000 old rubles = one new ruble) rendered these coins obsolete.
Recorded mintage: unknown but common.
Specification: 6.2 g, bimetallic, 25 mm diameter.
Catalog reference: KM-Y316.
