This specimen was lot 1602 in Stacks-Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2015), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSIA. 20 Kopek, 1901-CNBAP. NGC PROOF-65. Lightly toned." This type was struck in large quantities until 1914. This date with assayer AP is proof only and rare.

Recorded mintage: 7,750,000 (including assayer Ф3).

Specification: 3.6 g, .500 fine silver.
