The specimen shown was lot 133 in Aureo y Calico sale 242 (Barcelona, March 2012), where it sold for 1,400 € (about US$2,174 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
Carlos II (1665-1700). 1687. Barcelona. 1 croat. Escasa así. EBC-. (Charles II, 1665-1700, croat of 1687, Barcelona mint, scarce, nearly extremely fine.)
