This specimen was lot 73309 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Santa Ana, CA, June 2020), where it sold for $110. The catalog description[1] noted, "NETHERLANDS. Zeeland. 6 Stuivers, 1791. PCGS AU-58 Gold Shield. A lightly toned and handled example of this popular ship type. Pleasing amber-gray surfaces." This six stuivers or scheepjesschelling was struck 1757-80, 1785 and 1788-93. The 1791 is common.

Recorded mintage: 1,144,984 for 1788-91.

Specification: 4.95 g, .583 fine silver, .093 troy oz ASW.
