This specimen was lot 24894 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2018), where it sold for $660. The catalog description[1] noted, "SPAIN. 8 Reales, (16)25-R. Segovia Mint. Philip IV (1621-65). NGC VF-30. Crude strike but with clear "25" of date, mint mark and assayer's letter. Toned." This cob type was struck at Segovia 1621-62 along with cobs from Toledo, Seville, Burgos (1651 only), Cuenca (1651 only) and Madrid. Segovia also produced milled eight reales using roller dies during this reign.
