This specimen was lot 2996 in Steve Album Auction 53 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2025), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "WÜRZBURG: Johann Gottfried II, 1684-1698, AR schilling (8 pfennig), 1690, somewhat crude, XF, ex Almer H. Orr III Collection, ex Al Boulanger." This type was struck 1685-95 and undated. It is slightly scarce. St. Kilian stands on the obverse. In Würzburg, one thaler was 28 schilling.
