This specimen was lot 281 in Künker sale 400 (Berlin, February 2024), where it sold for €21,000 (about US$27,243 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"WÜRTTEMBERG, HERZOGTUM, Julius Friedrich, Administrator und Vormund von Eberhard III. 1631-1633. Reichstaler 1631, Stuttgart. IVLIVS · FRIDERICVS · D : G : DVX · WVRTTEMBERG · Geharnischtes Hüftbild mit Kommandostab und Feldbinde nach r.//CVRATOR · ET · ADMINISTRATOR · 1631 · Dreifach behelmtes, vierfeldiges Wappen. Sehr selten, besonders in dieser Erhaltung. Hübsche Patina, fast vorzüglich. (Germany, duchy of Württemberg, Julius Frederick, administrator and regent for Eberhard III, 1631-33, thaler of 1631, Stuttgart mint. Obverse: armored half-length portrait with baton and armband right; reverse: triple helmeted quartered arms. Very rare in this quality, handsome patina, about extremely fine.)"
