This specimen was lot 45473 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Costa Mesa, CA, August 2021), where it sold for $156. The catalog description[1] noted, "NETHERLANDS. West Friesland. Stuiver, 1738. NGC MS-66. Pop: 2, none graded finer by NGC. A lovely little Gem with bright, metallic toning, good strike detail, and soft frosty luster." This type was struck 1738-39, 1760 and 1764-66. It was the lowest silver denomination.

Recorded mintage: 1,957,625 for 1738-39.

Specification: 0.81 g, 0.583 fine silver.
