This specimen was lot 3810 in Sincona sale 43 (Zürich, October 2017), where it sold for 1,100 CHF (about US$1,313 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"TÜRKEI, Murad III. 1574-1595 1 Altin 982 H. Tarablus (Tripolis). Selten. Sehr schön-vorzüglich. (sultanate of Turkey, Murad III, 1574-95, altin of AH 982, Tripoli mint in Libya. Rare, Very fine-extremely fine.)"
We can't find this issue in Friedberg.
