This specimen was lot 2277 in Sincona sale 59 (Zürich, October 2019), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,

"OSMANISCHES REICH | Mustafâ III. 1171-1187 H./1757-1774 AD. Kurush 1171 H./Jahr 2, Islâmbûl (Istanbul). Tughra in erster Zeichnung mit kleinem Stern an der rechten Seite in Linien-, Perl- und Linienkreis, Rv. Regierungsjahr, Mzst. und Jahr des Regierungsanfangs in gleicher Einfassung. Sehr schön. Kratzer. (Turkey, Mustafa III, 1757-74, kurush of AH 1171, year 2, Istanbul mint. Obverse: Tughra with a small star on the right side in pearled circle; Reverse: mintmark and regnal year. Very fine, Scratch.)"

Turkish issues before the reform of 1839 are a mess of constantly changing denominations as the government attempted to debase its way out of perpetual bankruptcy. This type was struck AH 1171, years 1-4.
