This specimen was lot 1337 in Stephen Album internet sale 28 (Santa Rosa, CA, July 2024), where it sold for $30. The catalog description[1] noted, "TUNISIA: Republic, 1/2 dinar, 1968, Habib Bourguiba, President of the Tunisian Republic, struck at Monnaie de Paris, PCGS graded MS65." This type was struck in Paris, as evidenced by the privy marks by the denomination. Altho Tunisia is a Muslim country, the AH date does not appear on this coin. Several patterns of this type exist.
