This specimen was lot 2730 in Steve Album Auction 51 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2025), where it sold for $96. The catalog description[1] noted, "TRAVANCORE: Rama Varma VI, 1885-1924, AR 1/4 rupee, ME1087 (1911), AU." This type was struck ME 1082-1106 and is fairly scarce. Travancore was a princely state on the SW tip of India adjacent to the Madras presidency. The later dates are posthumous.
