This specimen was lot 73600 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Santa Ana, CA, June 2020), where it sold for $120. The catalog description[1] noted, "THAILAND. 1/2 Pai (1/64 Baht), CS 1244 (1882). Rama V. NGC MS-63 Red Brown. Rather vibrant and enchanting, this choice piece features some lighter red highlights accentuating the devices." This type was struck CS 1236, 1238, 1244 and seems to be common. One baht = 32 pai = 64 att.

Recorded mintage: 15,300,000.
