This specimen was lot 5126 in Sincona sale 9 (Zürich, October 2012), where it sold for 180 CHF (about US$228 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SCHWEDEN Gustav III. 1771-1792. Taler 1782. Sehr schön-vorzüglich. (Sweden, Gustav III, 1771-92, thaler of 1782, very fine to extremely fine.)"
This type was struck 1779-92 and most dates, including this one, are fairly common.
Recorded mintage: 654,000.
