This specimen was lot 11284 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for €1,920 (about US$2,001). The catalog description[1] noted, "SWEDEN. Mark/8 Öre, 1641. Stockholm & Sala Mint. Kristina. NGC VF Details--Cleaned. Rare date. Variation without mintmark. From the L. E. Bruun Collection." This type was struck 1641-42 and 1646. One riksdaler was six mark.
