This specimen was lot 418 in Áureo y Calicó sale 345 (Barcelona, March 2020), where it sold for €50 (about US$66 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"1604. Felipe III. Segovia. 4 maravedís. Buen ejemplar. MBC+. (kingdom of Spain, Philip III, 1598-1621, four maravedis of 1604, Segovia mint. Nice example, choice very fine.)"
This type was milled 1604-10, 1617-20. Some were struck without the denomination to the right of the castle. Burgos, Cuenca, Toledo, Valladolid and Madrid minted this denomination but those probably weren't milled.
