This specimen was lot 70337 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, June 2021), where it sold for $132. The catalog description[1] noted, "BOHEMIA. 3 Kreuzer, 1667-SHS. Breslau (Wroclaw) Mint. Leopold I. PCGS MS-64. KM-471 (Germany/Silesia) = KM-79 (Austria) = KM-1230 (Austria). A delightful hammered specimen, this near-Gem, fully argent minor presents great brilliance on each side." This type was struck 1665-72, 1693-98 at Breslau but similar dreikreuzer were struck all over the Hapsburg dominions, hence the multiple catalog numbers in the auction listing.
