This specimen was lot 4384 in Künker sale 294 (Osnabruck, Germany, July 2017), where it sold for €400 (about US$539 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"REICHSSILBERMÜNZEN, SCHWARZBURG-SONDERSHAUSEN, Karl Günther, 1880-1909. 2 Mark 1896. Fast vorzüglich. (unified silver coinage, principality of Schwarzburg-Sondershausen, Charles Gunther, 1880-1909, two mark of 1896. About extremely fine.)"
This one year type is quite scarce. It accompanied the twenty mark of the same year.
