This specimen was lot 552 in Sincona sale 63 (Zürich, June 2020), where it sold for 1,800 CHF (about US$2,256 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"DEUTSCHLAND | Sachsen, Herzogtum, ab 1547 Kurfürstentum | Albertiner, Friedrich August III. (I.), 1763-1827. Dukat 1773 EDC, Dresden. Vorzüglich. Überdurchschnittliche Erhaltung. Stempelriss. (Germany, electorate of Saxony, Frederick Augustus III, 1763-1827, ducat of 1773, Dresden mint. Extremely fine, Extraordinary condition, Die crack.)"
