This specimen was lot 30505 in Stack's Bowers ANA auction (Chicago, August 2014), where it sold for $1,145.63. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY. Saxony. Taler, 1609-HR. Christian II, Johann Georg I & August (1591-1611). NGC MS-63. Toned with strong luster in legends and around devices." The SCWC notes this type for 1604-11.
Recorded mintage: unknown but fairly common.
