This specimen was lot 24772 in Heritage sale 3026 (Long Beach, October 2013), where it sold for $1,410. The catalog description[1] noted, "Saxe-Weimar. Johan Ernst IV Et Al Taler 1619-WA, MS61 NGC, nicely toned with luster in the legends, unusual design with seven busts on the obverse representing the joint rule." This type was struck 1616-19 in Saxe-Weimar and is among the more common thalers of the period.
