This specimen was lot 40576 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2023), where it sold for $660. The catalog description[1] noted, "AUSTRIA. Salzburg. Taler, 1790-M. Salzburg Mint. Hieronymus von Colloredo-Walsee. PCGS MS-63." This convention thaler was struck for the archbishop 1789-1803. It is common. The Archbishop is most remembered as the first patron of Mozart but grew irritable when Mozart demanded better status than a mere employee. The archbishopric was secularized in 1803 and passed to Austria in 1814.
