This specimen was lot 45699 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2026), where it sold for $960. The catalog description[1] noted, "AUSTRIA. Salzburg. Taler, 1562. Salzburg Mint. Johann Jakob Khuen von Belasi. NGC MS-62." Davenport lists this thaler for 1561-67. Later thalers of Salzburg are very common. St. Rupert also comes in different poses.
