This specimen was lot 43950 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2019), where it sold for $132. The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSIA. 25 Ruble, 1994. NGC PROOF-68 ULTRA CAMEO. Commemorates the 100th Anniversary of the Trans-Siberian Railway. Hard mirrored fields with frosted cameo devices. From the Collection of Dr. James Eustace Bizzell, II." This NCLT was struck in Leningrad. There are numerous other NCLT's for 1994.

Recorded mintage: 3,000 proofs.
