This specimen was lot 6239 in Künker sale 336 (Osnabrück, Germany, March 2020), where it sold for €380 (about US$497 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"RUSSLAND, Sowjetunion, 1917-1991. 50 Rubel 1991, Moskau. St. Isaak-Kathedrale in St. Petersburg, erbaut 1818-1858. 7,78 g Feingold. GOLD. Polierte Platte. (republic of Russia, fifty rubles of 1991, Moscow mint, on the St. Isaac cathedral in St. Petersburg, built 1818-1858. Proof.)"

This NCLT honors the St. Isaac cathedral in St. Petersburg.
